Are you busy and on the go? I am. Wedding planning is taking a toll on my very wonderful schedule I follow. Life gets complicated sometimes and it doesn't flow as you would like. Here is a perfect tool for moms who need just a little short cut, per say. It is so simple and easy to use.
Let me introduce you to a NEW Soft Scrub product that is making my life easier. And who doesn't need easier.
Soft Scrub Total is perfect for the entire bathroom. It does the job by cleaning and then it leaves it smelling clean as well.
full-coverage spray or deep-cleaning foam, both
You can use it as a spray or a foam. I love to use it as a foam. Foam on for a couple of minutes, and when I am ready to rinse, and wipe down, the work is done for me.
Scrub Total's unique trigger even sprays upside down.
I have three bathrooms to clean. With the New Soft Scrub Total it was so easy. I sprayed in big areas like the bathroom tiles, and just rinsed down afterwards. In the sinks, I used the foam action. I foamed, and wiped. Next I moved to the toilet bowls, and tubs which I foamed. On the toilet I used the upside down feature. It was great no more hurting my hand trying to get the grime out. Foam it away. My fiancee noticed the wonderful clean smell that Soft Scrub Total leaves behind.

Wedding Songs, and more...
Who said big girls don't cry? Cause we do!
It amazes me how emotional I can get over my wedding. Listening to music, the words of a song that say everything you wanted to say, is so moving. That is why I love music. It expresses something about us that no-one else can hear only when music is played.
In a wedding music is important. There are those moments where words are no use but music does the talking. There are the prelude songs, processional songs, the bride entrance song, interlude songs, recessional songs, postlude songs, first dance song, mother-son song, father-daughter song, cake cutting song, and the last dance. Yes, you may not have thought about this before but last night we did.
I know what song will be the bride entrance song because it is one that moves me. See that is exactly what music does. It moves us. Here are some of the lyrics to the Rascal Flatt song, God Bless the Broken Road I will be playing at my wedding:
I think about the years I spent just passing through
I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there you understand
It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true
Now tell me that doesn't move you. I cry when i hear the song. We have seen Rascal Flatts in concert and we have danced to this song. It says exactly how I feel. I sing it in his ear as we dance, and it's like i hear it for the first time, everytime. The words just flow as so do the tears.
See as life pass me by, this moment seem not to be in my future and I was fine with that. And now that it is here I now this is exactly what I wish for.
The first dance, after you have promised to live your life together, the world is all yours. He holds you in his arms and you dance. I love to dance. I have always been a dancer since I was younger. Another love in my life. Dancing puts words to songs sometimes. When the music plays you move as the song plays. The first dance is that dance that says here we are, just us, me and you, we did it. Wooh, we .... did... it! I ask my fiancee what was our song. I didn't expect an answer as quick as he gave me one. See my fiancee like most guys tells me whatever you want to everything. But for the wedding he is not getting away with this. I am making him make decisions as in everything we do. Some way or another, he helps make the decisions, he doesn't know. He played the song and it was so moving. Again I cried. Because he is not the type of person who expresses himself out loud. The first time I got an I love you from him, it was like i had won a million dollars. But again like i said music. We both love music. We love the same songs. We both love to dance. And when we dance, it is like it is just us. Have you danced under the moonlight with the person you love in front of a crowd, or just alone, the two of you? I have. It makes the world stop. Just you and him, the music guiding you. As you look into each others eyes, you remember that moment you fell in love. That's the first dance. And my fiancee picked the perfect song. That's why I fell in love with him.

It is official...where my girlz at?
Today was a very emotional day for me. I had a really bad day at work. It seems no matter what I try to do to catch up, I just seem to stumble accross the hurdles. Really horrible day. But then came the light , in the tunnel.
The wedding will be this year and we are so excited. I started working out as of January 1. I lost 4 lbs last week. My girls and I have started working out again. Got to get ready for the wedding. My fiancee and I have been focusing on wedding details a little at a time.
Today we picked the wedding party. Yeah!!! We are having a small wedding. I really want it to be special and personal. I want my loved ones around.
And I had a very hard decision to make. Who is going to be my maid of honor? This is the person who helps me keep it together. And well I don't just have one person who came to mind, I have two. My two bestfriends, Elizabeth and Elsa. They are my bestfriends. As soon as I told them of the wedding they were so excited and happy and ready to start planning. So of course it was easy for me to say, they are both my maids of honor. I am not going to have bridesmaid. It is a personal choice. Plus I dont want friends to waste money on a dress, they will only wear one time. And again small wedding.
So this afternoon, I called my bestfriend, Elsa. She, of course, was at work. We were talking abou the wedding when I told her. I really did not expect to start crying but we did. We were balling. I was stuck in traffic driving to the YMCA, crying. My bestfriend, Elsa was sitting at work crying at her desk. So then I arrive at the YMCA, and I waited for bestfriend #2 Elizabeth to arrive. She arrive and I couldn't wait. I blurrted it out. And again more tears. I am so happy. I could not think of anyone else to share my moment with. These girls have been with me since forev3r. We are like the Charlie's Angels.
So the wedding planning has begun. TO be continued!!!

A new me in 2010??
I am getting married this year. Yes I know. I have been planning an invisible wedding on an invisible wedding date. I have not set a date but am ready to get married. It will happen this year.
My fiancee and I have decided to stop prolonging the wedding date. So this year will be the year. We will have been together for 3 years. 1 yr of engagement. Wow, how time flies.
I had a conversation with my bff and we were laughing at how much has changed. In our lives and in our families. Both of my bff have had additions to the family. They are now families of 5, when it still is just the 3 of us. My other bff got married this past year too. I am in no rush to do things. I am letting things happen. Because to me, things happen for a reason.
Have you ever read, the Seasons poem?
SEASON, REASON AND LIFETIME
People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. When you figure out which it is, you know exactly what to do. When someone is in your life for a REASON, It is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.
When people come into your life for a SEASON, It is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (any way); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life......

My bffs are lifetime friends who have always been there for me. I love them very much. My fiancee is one I found and now will become a lifetime friend as well.
To those I had for a season, thank you for helping me get through those times when I needed you the most. When i was down and no-one was around. When all was lost, and I found you.
To those I have had for a reason, thanks for being the reason I am who I am now. All the life leason I have learned. Memories I shall look back upon, and reflect on, and not forget.
And to the rest of you who have been, are with, and will be in my life for a lifetime, we have been through so much. We have done only what life has allowed but we have tested it many times. Thanks for holding my hand, sometimes pushing me, and sometimes just watching. Through it all I know I have you. I found you a long time ago to go through life, many times I called upon you as you were the angel to get me through. For this I thank you. And today as I journey on, I acknowledge you because If change, you change with me. For the new me is only a part of what you are, so to a new us.
Friends I have learned in my life that friends need a thank you every now and again.
So thank you.

Winners annnounced in Laptops for Flat Tops contest
Here is a copy of the press release....from time to time I will be posting information for you. There are things and programs I fully support and the Military is definitely one of them. I posted in November about a contest that I felt was great. Many companies should follow in All American Direct's foot steps. Remember thank a veteran anyday.
Congratulations to the winners....
AllAmericanDirect.com announces two winners in the final ‘Laptops for Flat Tops’ contest
Two military families to win laptop and Webcams based on powerful essays; Technology prize will help families stay in touch with their soldiers
INDIANAPOLIS – (January 5, 2010) – AllAmericanDirect.com, a leading e-commerce provider of consumer goods and services, today announces the winners of the Laptops for Flat Tops contest, the company’s fourth and final contest for the families of military men and women currently serving overseas. Alyssa Mineo of Westlake Village , Calif. and Cara Farmer of Norfolk , Va. have each been chosen to receive a laptop with an embedded Webcam (for their families) and an additional Webcam (for their soldiers).
Three judges selected Mineo and Farmer’s essays based on their powerful descriptions of how their families have been affected by having a loved one serving overseas and how a laptop and Webcam would improve communication with their loved one. The judges are Col. (Ret.) Dale A. Kissinger, Scott Davis and Jenna Richards.
Alyssa Mineo is the wife of CPL Kevin Mineo of the United States Marine Corps, who is on his fifth deployment and currently stationed in Afghanistan . This deployment will be exceptionally hard for the Mineo family, as Alyssa is eight months pregnant with their second child due on Jan. 31. They are expecting a baby boy and intend to name him Wyatt. Alyssa and Kevin have a four year old daughter named Faith, and both mother and daughter reside in Westlake Village , Calif.
"I feel very blessed to have been chosen as a winner,” says Alyssa Mineo. “It means a great deal to me, especially with this deployment because my husband will not be around for the birth of our second child, our first boy. Thanks to having access to a laptop and webcam, I am anticipating that he will be able to ‘see’ his son instead of receiving pictures a month later. Our four year old daughter is old enough for this deployment to realize how long her Daddy has been gone, and she will be so excited to see her Daddy via webcam. Thank you so much for this opportunity."
Cara Farmer is the wife of BM2 David W. Farmer, Jr. of the United States Navy, who has been deployed on his second tour of duty in Iraq in June 2009. David and Cara have three children, Destiny, age 7; James, age 5; and Taya, age 3. Cara and the children live in Norfolk , Va.
“I am very grateful for the laptop and Web cams,” says Cara Farmer. “With David leaving for his second deployment to Iraq , this laptop couldn’t have come at a better time. My children and I now have a better way to communicate with their father that goes above the traditional phone calls and emails. Thank you, AllAmericanDirect.com!”
This was the fourth and final Laptops for Flat Tops contest. These were a series of four bi-monthly contests designed as a way for AllAmericanDirect.com to say thank you to the families of military men and women. During the past four contests, eight families have been awarded this prize package.
“On behalf of AllAmericanDirect.com, we would like to personally thank every spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son and daughter who participated in this contest,” said Mike Mountford, CEO of AllAmericanDirect.com. “And we would like to salute each member of the United States Military for their dedication to serving and protecting our country. These two deserving winners will now be able to interact and communicate with their loved ones on a higher, more interactive level than a phone call, while they are away from their homes.”
