My thoughts-
For someone who hates taking pills, prenatal(HORSEPILLS) are killing me, at least until I found these. They are smaller than the normal prenatals you may find. I like that they are easy to swallow capsules. The capsules can be opened for those like me who have trouble swallowing pills. You can pop them open and add to a shake, or water. I checked the label and it was equivalent if not better at giving me my daily intake of all the vitamins my baby and I need. There are no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors, no harmful chemicals and no gluten. They are 100% vegetarian and kosher. And I really love their bottle to bottle program.
Thanks to Build Nutrition, I have 2 bottles to give to 2 lucky readers.

I think that it is great that this company is so giving. I also like the idea of these prenatals being plant based. yellow_patricia at hotmail dot com

I want to try the vitamins because the prenatal vitamins I have tried are so big and make me so sick! I am almost out of my first trimester and I'm hoping this nausea goes away soon!!
