My thoughts-I have found a new love in running over the past couple years.  Exercise is no longer exercise to me.  It is part of my life.  A year ago when I found out I was pregnant I especially wanted to be healthy not just for myself but for my baby.  I did not know what exercises I could do, or how much to do.  I asked the doctor, trainers, and etc... and now I have found a dvd for preggos.  I really like how this dvd guides you and helps you stay physical.  It even comes with a calendar for you to keep up with your workouts.  A schedule, with my preggo brain definitely needed.  The dvd is simple and easy to follow.  And it is good to know that you wont be hurting yourself or the baby trying to stay healthy and fit.  Once I got pregnant I was no longer able to run and this is perfect for at home.  After having the baby through a c-section being physical has been really hard.  And this dvd has allowed me to start to get back into my routine.  My favorite is the cardio dance.
