I needed more storage space for my daughters room.  She has so many little knick knacks, shoes, toys, etc... and no place for them.  I looked and found this creative storage idea and wanted to try it out on my own.

Wall Cubbies Project

1.     Two (2) ClosetMaid 6-Cube storage set (different finishes available)
2.     Six (6) ClosetMaid fabric drawers (there are 17 colors available!)

Here is our attempt:

1)  I first headed to the Lowe's and found exactly what I needed, with the help of a wonderful associate.  He was so nice.  I kept changing my mind but I finally decided to go with the wood finish instead of white to go with Lil Bit's room.

2)  Assembly.  Daddy assembled while Lil Bit and I read out the instructions.  Even brother helped.

3)  Organize.  I decided not to mount them on the wall just yet.  Again I can't decide what wall I want to put them on.  So here is what I did, and there are so many more options:

My thoughts-It was hard picking our first project but as you can see it was very successful.  I loved how easy it was to pick our project.  Go to Lowe's and find our items.  And then come home and just do it.  I can't wait to start our next project from Lowe's Creative Ideas.  Next up-closet organization.
