Fitness Friday~Jenny Craig
So I announced to you a couple of days ago I joined Team Jenny. I have won a free 30 day membership and I am going to share with you my progress. Day 1-Consulation
So I was greeted by a very lovely Jenny Craig employee who is more excited than I am. Did not think that was possible but it is! She set up an appointment for me to come in, by the way they do take walk ins. I saw the sign. My Jenny Craig is so convenient, and right next to the grocery store.
Today I arrived for my consultation. I checked in and we got down to business. First up a brief history of my self and my goals. We then went and got my measurements.
Height- 5' 0" (wow I have shrunk..I used to be 5' 2")
Weight-164.6 (Let me say-no excuses-but I did go mid-day. I have been drinking alot of hot tea for my sore throat. And of course breakfast, snack, and etc...)
Anyways, there you have it.
My Goal-25 lbs or more
This is me June 2007. Pre-boyfriend, Pre-fiance, Pre-husband, Pre-baby #2, 5 years ago weight-144 lbs I was going to the gym for 3 hours at least 5 times a week.
With my 25 lbs lost I will be right under 140 which is still not the ideal weight for my height/weight but I will take it. But who has time for the gym, really? 3 hours, that was crazy. I bearly have 5 minutes to myself. So my consultant talk to me about my plan. I am breastfeeding so we worked that into the calorie count. Then I was given my 7 days worth of food with my meal plan, we had just discussed. We discussed my food allergies and worked that into the plan too. So I have my goals, my food, what's missing? Nothing?
Now I just need to follow the plan. Follow my progress. I will check in on a weekly basis to tell you how I am doing. Have a question? Ask me? I am sharing my experience with you. I have always wondered how these plans work. Now is the time for us to find out.
Stay tuned...Wish me luck!
***Disclosure-Thanks to Jenny Craig. I received a 30 day membership. These are my honest opinions, real results, real numbers, and any else I wish to share, it's all true and mine.

That is awesome. Keep up the good work and motivation. I have found that it is hard to start the routine, but once you do it feel so good and it becomes a part of you. Patricia
