My thoughts-So I put Quorn to the test. I opened up the package. I followed the directions to cook it. Not that different from regular ground beef. Then I added a can of green chiles and tomatoes, and a tomato sauce. I served it up with some noodles and rice. My family ate it up. It was pretty good for it not being meat. My husband and I had seconds. After everyone was done eating, I fessed up and showed them what they were eating. They didn't know any better and said it tasted good.
