***CLOSED***Giveaway-Zim’s Max-Freeze Review
***Disclosure-Sample product received to review. All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.
Zim’s Max-Freeze® has reformulated its product to a more au natural form – it provides a cooling element (perfect for summer’s heat!) and is formulated with naturally-based ingredients including aloe, arnica, Vitamin E and tea tree oil. It does not contain harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates or synthetic fragrances.
Zim’s Max-Freeze provides the natural answer when looking for a product to temporarily relieve muscle or joint aches and pains. Many people find Zim’s Max-Freeze to be the perfect companion after working on any number of tasks such as working around the house, running, outdoor activities and everyday life.
My thoughts-So May 15 marked 1 month of Crossfit for me. I had never tried it and it has been the hardest workout I have ever done. But this past month not only did I sign up for Crossfit but I also did Bootcamp and Yoga. Crazy me thought I could do it all, but my body told me different. I have been looking for relief for my sore muscles since I am not stopping the madness. I signed up for another month of Crossfit. Below you will see me after my 5 am workout, sweaty as can be, but check out my knees. Yes, try doing 100 lounges with your knees touching the floor every time. Ouch! I would normally be super sore and in pain.
But check out the bottom pick of my knees, I put Zim's Max-Freeze on them. I immediately after taking a shower, rubbed them down. The cooling sensation took the pain away and made them feel better. No more soreness. The soreness will no longer keep me for keeping up with my crazy workouts.
Do you work out? Is soreness an issue after a work out? Have you tried anything to ease the pain? Would you like to try Zim's Max-Freeze?
