Fitness Friday-Slimming Body Wraps

So as you know I have been trying everything and anything to lose the extra weight I have on me.  It has truly been a challenge after my c-section.  I was contacted by Body FX of Houston to come try a body wrap and after looking at their website, I was interested to find out more.

I had never tried a slimming body wrap, so I was excited to see if this really worked.  I showed up for my appointment.  The process is really easy:

Step #1-You step on the scale, you get measured, and you get dry brushed.

Step #2-You get wrapped.

Step #3-You jump in the sauna suit.

Step #4-Relax.  The next 45 mins I spent laying down on the bed, listening to music, also the heat got turned up.

Step #5-Results.  You get remeasured.

So I was skeptical at first about this.  But when I was laying there I felt really tight, and like my skin was tighting.  After I was remeasured, I lost 6.25 inches all over my body.  I felt tighter all over.  I lost the most inches in my stomach, woohoo, and in my tights, oh yeah!!  The shedding is not over.  Over the next 3 days my body is going to be getting rid of more toxins, so I could lose more inches if I follow a clean diet, and drink a lot of water.  The toxins are being release out of my body even after the wrap is done.  I am so excited to see if I lose more inches over the next 3 days.  

This morning I got into my jeans that I have not been able to wear since last October when I did that liquid flush diet.  I am so happy with the results.  My stomach does feel flatter and that is what I have been longing for this entire time after my c-section.
