If you saw my posts on FB yesterday, you saw correctly I did the Aramco Houston Half Marathon. 13.1 miles untrained. And yes, afterwards I paid and am paying it for it now. Around mile 4 I started feeling tightness in my left shoe and I even loosen it up. But no use in denying I had blisters on my left foot already starting to bother me. I kept going and ignoring the pain but around mile 9-10 my knees started hurting. I kept a steady pace until the finish, knowing if I stopped my knees would buckle and give in. Along the race course, I could have stopped at the medical tents but I felt I was ok enough to keep going. One thing I knew was I wanted to get home and put some Max-Freeze on my feet.

Zim’s Max-Freeze for Feet Continuous Spray: provides temporary
relief for minor aches and pain for muscles and joints associated with
overworked feet, uncomfortable shoes, sore heels, ankle pain.
It is a cool, soothing spray. After the half marathon I went home and soaked. Then I got so Max-Freeze relief. Did you know after races people dunk themselves in ice baths? Yeah, crazy but it helps. Max-Freeze is kinda like dunking your feet in ice water without all the suffering.
Today, I can walk again. Slow and steady but I can walk. I am not ready to run another race, not yet, but am taking good care of my poor feet.
Have you ever tried Max-Freeze? Are you looking to start running, walking, adding mileage this year?
Enter to win Zim's Max-Freeze. One lucky ready will win Zim’s Max-Freeze for Feet Continuous Spray.
Giveaway-Open to US only. 24 hours to claim their prize. Good Luck.
