How was your Mother's Day? I hope you were able to take a break, enjoy some time just for you, and have the family just love on you. Every mami has a lot on their plate from the kiddos to the house. Some of us work outside the home too. Whatever the case taking a break is sometimes too hard. Like getting a maid to come clean, but you cleaning the house first. It is more work to let others help with the work load then to just do it yourself, at least that is how I feel sometimes.

Experts say that good friendships literally make you healthier-increasing your life span, boosting your immune system, and making you feel generally happier as a whole.
Every Mom deserves:
-a moms' night out,
-an evening to relax,
-to reconnect with friends,
-to socialize
-to enjoy some well deserved girl time.
MomSelect wanted us, mamis, to a break. So they select me along with other ladies all over to grab 10 of our lucky mamis for a night of relaxation. Life has been a little bit crazier than usual. So this was perfect timing for me and the ladies I invited. We sometimes need to lean on each other because we know how much we do and what we are going through. Mamis need breaks, even if 15 minutes is all she gets in a day. When I received my party kit, I started thinking of how we could relax:
Each of my ladies was excited to get out of their house for a breather. For some of us, yes it is fun to get all dolled up and go out but since most of us work-relaxing doing nothingness just felt right. So we had a Mom's night in-Mom's Night Out party.
We started out the evening with lots of laughter and ending with sharing our stories. Sometimes letting others know what you are going through makes you feel a lot better when they tell you, that just happened to me, or you too. One of our favorite items in the goodie bag was the MomLife Today Prayer Tags:
Listening and sharing was so therapeutic to me. I did not realize how much I really needed this time off.
The weather has been perfect so we sat around outside. We laughed, and we even cried of so much laughter. Our jobs are never done, duh moments, and oops mommy sayings continued through out the night.
What happens on a Moms' Night Out stays at a Mom's Night Out!! I told everyone about seeing the movie Moms's Night Out and how much I related and now everyone wants to go see it. In case you don't know what the movie is about:
MOMS' NIGHT OUT is a fast-paced, family comedy about four moms scheduling a night out where everything can and will go wrong, yet it all turns out just fine in the end. The film features a fantastic lineup of stars like Sarah Drew (Grey's Anatomy), Sean Astin (THE LORD OF THE RINGS), and Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond, The Middle). It is out now, so take a night off and go see it.
