June is National Fruit & Veggie month

***Disclosure-Sample product was received to review.  All opinions stated are my own based on my personal experience.

The daily recommended allowance of fruits and vegetables for most children is five or more servings a day .  If you have a picky eater, this can be quite challenging.  I am so glad I do not have a picky eater but when she gets sick she acts like she does not want anything.  I like that I have an option like Sprout Baby Foods.

Sprout Baby Foods, leading company in organic baby food, can offer suggestions on the best ways to incorporate Fruits and Veggies into your child’s diet.

Sprout’s mission is to create delicious and nutritious foods using the finest organic ingredients.
